I grew up gathering drift wood and having beach fires on cool Oregon Coast nights. Thanks for taking me back.
Sometimes that driftwood is hard to come by, but when you have it it burns good! 🙂
When I was a kid the beaches in Oregon were covered with it. So much logging went on and so many logs washed down the creeks and back with the tide.
